We invited renowned Indonesian film producer Siska Raharja to share how the three films she produced—"Lost Miracle", "Flowers on the Wall", and "Brah"—stood out at international film festivals and earned multiple accolades. However, these films had vastly different production scales and processes. For example, "Flowers on the Wall" had no budget at all, and she personally funded the project, taking on multiple roles to bring it to completion. It was these challenges that gave her valuable experience and growth in her producing career. Finally, she shared two key pieces of advice for those who aspire to become film producers. First, have a genuine passion for film and television, but also seize opportunities to understand the roles and responsibilities of different positions, while honing your problem-solving skills. Second, build a broad network, understand the needs of different communities, and leverage the resources around you to ensure long-term success in the film industry.
