In EP4 of the "Rural-Urban Exploration Plan," we visit Nanzhuang and meet our local friend, Sakura!
Sakura, together with local artists, has been guiding retired seniors in creating art that tells their personal stories, transforming the village into a vibrant "Silver Village" full of color.
Sakura, with her warm hospitality, also takes us on a tour of the "Thirteen Street Old Street," where we discover the unique house numbers and learn about the history of the elders' residences. We then join Yiting for a delicious tasting of Hakka cuisine while diving into the local stories of Nanzhuang Old Street.
Finally, Sakura introduces us to a unique dessert shop that combines the culture of the Atayal indigenous people and local ingredients—this special shop is only open two days a week! A place like no other, how could we possibly miss it?
